hope you plan to join us at the Vittori
Rocci Post on Saturday, April 5th,
from 5-10 pm. Come have dinner, bid on some great auction items, take a chance on
a ‘date’ with your favorite teacher and then dance the night away with DJ Sam! But, if you won’t be able to make it,
this is your chance to pre-purchase “Gift of Time” raffle tickets. We want every student to have a
chance to win a special time with our spectacular teachers and principal.
We have
attached a baggy with 10
yellow raffle tickets
($5.00 each) and 1
pink ticket (FREE chance) for each
Centerville student in your family. You can choose from the 50 “Gifts of Time” listed on the attached
sheets.
Please send
this baggy back to school with your child along with the raffle tickets and
payment no later than Friday,
March 28, 2008. Please make checks payable to
Centerville PTO.
Each “Gift of
Time” has been assigned a code number at the beginning of the description, so
that we may properly assign your raffle ticket to your choice of teachers.
**IMPORTANT!!!**
- Please fill out the back of each raffle ticket you
wish to purchase, and be sure to include you child’s name, telephone
number, grade and “Gift of Time” code number (i.e.#T1, T2,
T3 etc.)
- Including this code number on the back of the raffle
ticket insures that your raffle ticket will be allocated to the proper
place on the night of the drawing.
- Winners will be picked during the event and names
will be available. Winners will
receive certificates soon after the event.
- You may allocate the quantity of tickets in any way
you like. You may choose to enter
them all for one teacher, or split them among a few teachers.
