Come join the fun!
The room parents and teachers have been planning for an action packed day, but we
need your help to make it all happen!!
We are looking for volunteers
to help with the following:
1) Donations
of Snacks, Drinks, Party Goods, Decorations & Prizes

Water Bottles
-
Cookies, Cupcakes, Brownies (Store Bought Only Please)

Individually wrapped candy
-
Candy Corn for Guestimating Jar
-
Paper Plates, Napkins, Plastic Disposable Tablecloths
- Plastic Serving Platters or Bowls
-
Spider Webs, Window Clings, Wall Hangings, Cauldron,
-
Halloween Music CD
-
Spider Rings, Bouncy Balls, Yo Yo’s, Glow Sticks
(The teachers are giving out
Halloween Pencils)
2)
Decorating the classroom – If you can help, we would like to decorate after
school Tues., Oct.30th in order to surprise the kids on
Halloween morning!!
3) Costumes - The children need assistance changing into their costumes after
lunch. If you are available
to help, please arrive at school by 11:30am.
We greatly appreciate any help you can offer.
If you prefer, you can make a cash donation towards the party and we will
do the shopping for you. If you are
