WILL DIRECTLY BENEFIT OUR CHILDREN.
Here’s how to participate:
1. Show the brochure to friends,
relatives and co-workers (or order online!).
- Out of town friends and family can now support our school
by ordering online at www.lavendersonline.org.
- Children should never be allowed to sell door-to-door unless
directly supervised by a parent or responsible adult.
2. Money must be collected
with ALL ORDERS.
- Make checks payable to: Centerville PTO. (Do NOT collect tax!)
3. Return money & order
form on: Wednesday, September 26th.
- FEDEX SHIPPING ADDRESS & ALL INFORMATION must Be Complete
and Accurate!
- Return BOTH (2) COPIES of the order form – DO NOT SEPARATE!
- A copy will be packed with your order so you know “who gets
what” when orders arrive!
- Please include your TELEPHONE NUMBER in case we have any
questions.
Product orders will be
sent via FedEx directly to the seller’s home approximately 3-4 weeks after sale
ends. (No PO Box deliveries accepted, non-FedEx shipments will be sent to school
address)

ADOPT A GIANT PANDA FROM THE NATIONAL ZOO!
The top selling class
will adopt & sponsor a Giant Panda from the Smithsonian National Zoo in
Washington, D.C.
